Fees:
Carson Marketing Group charges clients by the hour. Once a clear understanding of the job is agreed upon by both parties, Carson Marketing Group agrees to stay within the hours quoted to bring the job to completion. If problems arise during the job that may result in more time, IT WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE CLIENT ASAP! We don't like surprises, and we're sure you don't either.
Outsourcing
Carson Marketing Group can't do everything. We stick to the things we do best. We may utilize the specialty skills of our preferred business partners when a job contains elements out of our areas of expertise. We notify our clients when that will be happening.
Print
When producing print media, advertising, catalogs, product brochures, banners and other printed items, proofs are usually e-mailed to clients as pdf documents. Hard copy proofs can be provided by Carson Marketing Group at the customers request. Hard copy proofs are always requested from the printer before a print job begins.
Web Design
When producing web sites, a link will be provided to the customer that will allow the customer to see the progress of the web site as it is being built. We call this a "temp" or temporary site. All functions of the temp site will function 100 percent before the site goes live. This give our customers the opportunity to make sure everything is working and even allow specific customers the chance to beta test areas of the site.
